Fat Wellness Collective presents to you Guided Glides : Intro to Reformer Pilates

Come join us for an introduction session to aerial yoga and reformer pilates, specially curated for plus size beginners. 

WHO IS THIS FOR?

If you would like to 

1) rediscover the joy of moving your body without a weight loss goal

2) try reformer pilates but worry that you may not be able to keep up 

3) be in community and hang out with other fat folk in a fat affirming space

4) bond over the shared challenging experiences of navigating movement and wellness in a plus size body

SESSION FLOW

  1. Welcome and Check In
  2. Reformer Pilates Session (60 min)
  3. Affirmation Circle
  4. Photos/Feedback

 SESSION DETAILS : 

  • Guided demonstrations to familiarise yourself with the reformer
  • In depth explorations of the relationship between breath and abdominal engagement
  • Learning ways to support and distribute your body to keep you safe
  • Visual demonstrations at an introductory pace to understand how the reformer works
  • Lots of options for breaks at any point of time or modifications to help
  • Slowly tiered progressions with options to progress

    Minimum pax to start class is  4

    Can I collect my items instead of getting it shipped?
    Yes, you are able to collect your items from our shop during regular operating hours. Make sure to opt for self-collection during check out. 

    Location: #05-126 Far East Plaza, 14 Scotts Rd, Singapore 228213.
    Operating Hours: 12pm - 8pm Everyday except Public Holidays.

    DELIVERY
    How do I track my order?
    After your order has been fulfilled, we will send the tracking details of your parcel to your email that you have registered with. You are able to track your items here: https://bit.ly/39B8wRH or send us an email at hello@thecurvecult.com with your order details.

    Do you allow reservation of items?
    Unfortunately, we don't have a reservation option as of the moment.

    Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes, click here for our available gift cards. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. There are no additional processing fees for gift cards.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased from us in accordance with the terms below: All items including sale items, clearance sale items included can be returned or exchanged within 60 days upon receiving your order.

    Our Return Policy (Singapore Only*)

    If the item does not fit you the way you like, you can choose to get a return. We will refund the amount to you via a gift card with a 90 day validity.

    EXCHANGE

    The item can be exchanged for a different size or color with the same price and should be subject to availability. 

    Please note the following requirements to our exchange policy:

    - Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

    - Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Once we received your refund/exchange request, we will contact you within 3-5 working days.
